People moving in aligned vibrations will lead to better outcomes. However, the challenge lies in the fact that each person’s momentum is different and cannot be captured by a single equation. People are too complex. To get a better tomorrow, we should collaborate with those whose aligned energy and vibrations. Finding them is a blessing.

Have you ever felt an instant connection with someone? That spark when you meet a person and just click? It’s like finding a piece of a puzzle you didn’t know was missing. This feeling isn’t just coincidence — it’s about shared energy.

“If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration.” — commonly attributed to Nikola Tesla

Imagine the world as an orchestra. Each of us plays our own instrument, creating a unique sound. Sometimes the notes clash, but other times they come together to form beautiful harmonies. I remember have an old project I worked on some time ago. The team comprised engineers, designers, and marketers — all trying to collaborate. Initially, it was like cats and dogs attempting to sing together, not exactly music to the ears, but as we learned to listen to one another and found common ground, something amazing happened. Our diverse skills began to complement each other, and we did something none of us could have achieved alone.

So, how do we find people who “get” us? I think it starts with self-awareness. What makes you tick? What ignites your passion? Once you understand your own frequency, it’s easier to recognize others who resonate with it. This isn’t about finding people exactly like you; it’s about discovering puzzle pieces that fit with yours — different yet complementary.

Finding our tribe isn’t always easy. It takes time and sometimes requires stepping out of the comfort zone. But when we find those who energize us and push us to grow, it’s worth it. Remember, growth isn’t just about personal improvement; it’s about growing together with others. When we connect with people who share energy and goals, we all rise higher. Same like Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak or John Lennon and Paul McCartney.

Now, have you found your tribe yet? Or are you still searching? Either way, keep exploring and keep connecting. Keep doing what you like the most. Keep shiping your work. The right people are out there, and when you find them, it’s like magic. Just let’s continue growing, learning, and building bridges. Together, we can create a harmony that leads to a better tomorrow.
